The 40 hectares vineyard is located in the amazing surroundings of the Mediterranean Corbières. Facing south on the seaside,the vineyard enjoys the full influence of the very nearby Mediterranean sea which favours smooth ripening.

This wine is made from grapes produced by 15 to 25 year old vines.

Average yield: 20 Hl per 2.5 acres

Grape variety: Syrah

Grapes are hand-picked.

After a 40day maceration, Cuvée "K" was aged in barrels for 12 months. "K" is Chateau Bouis' latest creation.

This wine is rich, elegant, full of fruit, and has very good sweetness.

Will age very well.
